Terms of Service

By using Sunny (“the Bot”) in your Discord server, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Description

Sunny is a Discord bot designed to assist users in support channels by automatically responding to common questions with pre-set answers maintained by server moderators.

2. Use of the Bot

• By adding Sunny to your server, you grant it permission to read messages in specified channels and send replies based on pre-configured indexes.
• You must have the necessary administrative rights on your server to invite and configure Sunny.
• You are responsible for managing and curating the content of the response index. Sunny does not generate answers on its own.

3. User-Generated Content

• Sunny uses content defined by privileged members of your Discord server to reply to queries.
• You agree not to use Sunny in any manner that violates Discord’s Terms of Service, community guidelines, or applicable local laws.

4. Feedback and Analytics

• Sunny may store anonymized user messages that trigger auto-responses and whether the response was marked as helpful or not.
• This information is used solely to improve response matching and bot functionality. No personal identifiers are stored intentionally.

5. Availability and Modifications

• Sunny is provided “as-is” with no guarantees of uptime, reliability, or error-free operation.
• We reserve the right to update or discontinue the Bot at any time, with or without notice.

6. Termination

• You may remove Sunny from your server at any time.
• We reserve the right to blocklist servers that abuse or misuse the Bot.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Under no circumstances shall the developers of Sunny be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Bot.
